Youth Era Music Gala 2026 — key visual and roll-out

Context

Youth Era Music Gala 2026 (青春纪 2026 音乐盛典) billed four artists — Huang Ling, Hu Yanbin, Xiaogui Wang Linkai and Bai Xiaobai — for one night at the Ganzhou National Fitness Centre stadium, 23 August 2026 at 19:00. It needed one picture to sell it everywhere tickets were sold and everywhere people would walk past it.

Challenge

• Give four artists equal billing in one picture, and keep that balance in a portrait poster, a wide banner and a phone splash screen.
• Keep the title, date and venue readable at every one of those sizes, down to a thumbnail in a ticketing app.

What we did

Design

• Key visual — the four artists standing in a summer meadow under an open sky, the calligraphic "青春纪" across the top and the date and venue beneath them.
• Poster set — the group poster in portrait and landscape, and a poster for each artist.
• Ticketing — every Damai placement (home pop-up, homepage banners, app splash screens), its Alipay banners, and the Maoyan versions.
• Everything else — Weibo and Xiaohongshu versions, street and station advertising, versions for local venues and partners, the seating plan, the presentation deck and the staff pass.

Outcome

• Key visual and roll-out delivered across ticketing, social, outdoor and on-site.
