What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive what you typed into it: your name, your company if you gave one, your email address, your WhatsApp number if you gave one, which service you need help with, the budget and timeline you picked if you picked them, and your message. The form also tells us which language version of the site you were on. We do not run a database of our own and nothing you send is written to one by us.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we start working together, to run the project. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Form delivery
The contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards your submission to our inbox and also keeps a copy of it on its own servers under its own retention policy. If you would rather not use the form, message us on WhatsApp or email us instead.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless: it counts page views and countries in aggregate and does not identify you. We set no tracking cookies of our own, and there are no advertising or social pixels on the site.
Questions or removal
To see, correct or delete anything you have sent us, email info@laboe.studio or message us on WhatsApp and we will do it. This policy is issued by Laboe Studio Sdn Bhd, Malaysia.
