Marketing

We handle the part after launch: search, paid, social and video. Where we can work on the site itself, tracking and landing pages are right before the first campaign runs.

For businesses whose site is live and now needs customers — brands launching a product, B2B companies that need to be found in two languages, and teams that want one partner for search, paid and social. Malaysia and Singapore.

01

The channels have to work together

  1. 01

    SEO

SEO is making the pages you already have easy to find, read and cite — by search engines and now by AI search — in both languages.

Technical and content SEO, bilingual, with AI-search-ready structure.

    • Technical audit and fixes
    • Structured data and bilingual hreflang
    • Content plan and articles
    How we do it

We start with a technical audit and fix what blocks crawling or indexing, then structure the site so every page answers a real question: clean headings, structured data that matches the visible content, bilingual hreflang. Content follows a plan — articles and service pages written for the reader and reviewed for claim hygiene. We do not promise rankings, because nobody honestly can; we report every month on what moved and what we changed.

  2. 02

    Google & Meta ads

Paid media is campaign setup, creative, landing pages and reporting run as one system, so every ringgit spent can be traced to a result.

Setup, creative, landing pages and reporting.

    • Campaign setup and tracking
    • Ad creative and landing pages
    • Monthly performance report
    How we do it

When we can work on the site, conversion tracking and landing pages are done properly before the first ad runs — no launch on a page that cannot measure itself; when we cannot, we agree what has to change on it first. Ad spend stays in your own Google or Meta account; our fee covers strategy, creative variations built for testing, ongoing management and a monthly report. We iterate on what the numbers say, not on what looks good in a deck.

  3. 03

    Social media content

Social media content is a monthly calendar of posts, stories and short video that stays recognisably one brand across every product and mood.

Monthly calendars, design and short video.

    • Monthly content calendar
    • Designed posts and stories
    • Short-form video
    How we do it

We set the system once — how the mark sits, how a headline and one-liner read, how feature callouts appear — then produce each month's content inside it, so a warm desk shot and a dark gym set still look like the same brand. Each post makes one point. Calendars are planned around your launches and seasons, designed and written in English or Chinese, and delivered ready to schedule.

  4. 04

    Short-form video

Short-form video is scripted, shot and cut for the platform it will play on — TikTok, Reels and Shorts each have their own rhythm.

Scripts to edit, for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.

    • Scripts and shot lists
    • Shoot and edit
    • Platform-ready cuts
    How we do it

We write the script and shot list, shoot or direct the shoot, and edit platform-specific versions with captions, hooks and pacing tuned to how each feed is watched. Product and brand films are cut down into the vertical pieces that actually get seen. Where a brand system exists we work inside it, so the video is unmistakably yours in the first second.

  5. 05

    Launch campaigns

A launch campaign puts the brand, the website and the paid and organic push out together, on one plan, with tracking in place before day one.

Brand, site and ads in one push.

    • Launch plan and key visual
    • Landing page and tracking
    • Paid and organic rollout
    How we do it

We plan the launch backwards from the date: key visual and its adaptations, the landing page and its measurement, the paid schedule and the organic calendar, all built from one idea. Because design, development and marketing are the same team here, there is no week lost briefing three vendors. After launch we report what moved and roll the campaign into ongoing content.

02

How a campaign runs

  1. 01

    Understand

Goals, audience, offer and market — before anything is made. We look at your data, your competitors' visibility and where your customers actually search and scroll.

  2. 02

    Plan

Message, channels, timing and the content structure that carries them. You get a plan with what runs where, what it costs and how we will measure it.

  3. 03

    Create

Build the campaign system and the production assets it needs — key visuals, landing pages, posts, video — from one idea, adapted per channel.

  4. 04

    Launch

Roll out across the agreed channels and placements, with tracking verified before the first ringgit is spent.

  5. 05

    Learn

Review performance and feedback, then iterate. Monthly, with numbers you can act on — what moved, what we changed, what we do next.

03

Measurement in place, then one idea across channels

A campaign is only as good as the page it lands on. When the site is ours to work in, measurement, page speed and structured data are in place before the first ad runs. When it is not, the first thing we agree is what access and what page changes the work needs. The demonstration below is how we think about creative: one idea, laid out again for every place it has to land.

  1. Modular and repeatable, built to survive the feed.
  2. Sequencing and movement carry the same line.
  3. Variations built for testing, not for the deck.
  4. Message and hierarchy sharpen to one action.
  5. The idea becomes physical and spatial.

04

Marketing questions we get asked

How long before SEO shows results?

Typically three to six months to see movement on a new or rebuilt site, and longer in competitive categories. We do not guarantee positions — nobody honestly can. What we commit to is the work: technical fixes, structure, content, and a monthly report showing what actually changed.

Do you manage ad spend?

Yes. We set up and run the campaigns; the ad spend is paid by you directly to Google or Meta in your own ad account, so you keep full ownership of the account and its data. Our fee is for strategy, creative, management and reporting.

Is there a minimum term?

SEO and content need a few months to show anything real, so we suggest starting with a three-month engagement and reviewing. Ads and one-off campaigns can be scoped per project.

Can you do Chinese-language marketing?

Yes. We write and run content in Simplified Chinese as well as English, and we build bilingual SEO structures so both audiences are served from one site.

How do you report?

Monthly, in plain language: what we did, what moved, what we are changing next. Search reports show impressions, clicks and the pages that earned them; paid reports show spend, cost per lead and which creative worked. We show trends, not vanity totals, and we never report a ranking guarantee because we never make one.
