Custom CMS vs WordPress: why do we build the CMS ourselves?
Direct answer: A client-specific admin is smaller, safer and matches how their team actually publishes.
An off-the-shelf CMS gives a client a hundred features and a training problem. A CMS built for one team gives them the ten screens they actually publish from, with the site's own rules — bilingual fields, claim hygiene, empty-state behaviour — enforced where the content is typed.

From our work
Soul Youth's admin has tabbed product forms, rich-text news editing, inquiry tracking with source capture and gated document downloads, with every field carrying both languages. JNT Manpower's admin runs articles through a five-step publishing flow and lets staff add a fourth office without a schema change; every client-editable field falls back cleanly when empty. Ruide's team manages credentials, contact channels and the company story through theirs, and an English rebrand was executed across the live site with it.
When this matters: When a small team will publish often and the content has rules. If you need a marketplace of plugins and a large editorial staff, an installed platform may be the better trade.
